Welcome to DigsU. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the DigsU mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

DigsU is a micro-learning platform mobile application dedicated to teaching architecture, furniture, and history of the mid-century modern era. The App provides educational content, lessons, and learning materials for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, including its related systems or networks.

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases for additional content, features, or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted through your app store's refund process. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Analytics and Data Collection

The App collects analytics data and bug reports to improve the service, fix technical issues, and enhance user experience. 6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, audio, video, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of MIDDIGS or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material from the App without prior written permission.

7. User Content

If the App allows you to submit, post, or share content, you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in that content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation; (b) use the App to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (d) interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App; (e) use the App to infringe upon the rights of others; or (f) use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the App.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MIDDIGS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
